Nothing to refund: the app is free, and this website never takes payment. If you bought a store item in Google Play, request a refund through Google Play.

Downloading and playing

Play Trophy costs nothing to download and nothing to play. Every level, badge and challenge can be reached without paying, so there is no charge to refund.

This website

playtrophy.com doesn't sell anything and never asks for payment details. The free coins in the Trophy Match demo are virtual and have no value.

Purchases made through Google Play

Any optional in-app item is sold and billed by Google Play, so refunds follow Google Play's refund policy and are requested from Google directly:

  1. Open your Google Play order history and sign in with the account you used.
  2. Find the Play Trophy order you want refunded.
  3. Choose Request a refund or Report a problem, then follow the steps.

Google decides on the request and lets you know by email. Google's own guide explains the time limits: Get refunds on Google Play purchases.

Virtual coins

Virtual coins, trophy points and badges have no cash value, so they can't be refunded, exchanged or paid out in any form.
