Terms of service

Last updated: 29 October 2026

Agreeing to these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and the company named at the bottom of this page ("we", "us"), which runs Play Trophy. By using the website at playtrophy.com or the Play Trophy app, you accept them. If you don't agree, please don't use either.

A social game, not gambling

Play Trophy is a social casino game intended for entertainment only. It does not offer real-money gambling. You cannot bet, win or withdraw real money, and there are no cash prizes or prizes of any other real-world value. Success in Play Trophy does not imply future success at real-money gambling.

Who can play

You must be at least 18 years old, and old enough to use this kind of game where you live. By using Play Trophy you confirm that you meet these conditions. We may close accounts that we reasonably believe belong to someone under 18.

Virtual coins and items

• Virtual coins, trophy points, levels and badges exist only inside the game. They are a limited licence to use game features, not property you own.
• They have no cash value. They cannot be sold, exchanged, transferred to another player, redeemed or withdrawn.
• We may adjust balances, rewards and game features, for example to fix an error or rebalance the game.
• This website does not sell coins or any other items. Any optional purchase offered inside the app is handled by Google Play under its own terms.

Your account

You sign in with your email address and a one-time code. Keep access to that email secure, because anyone who can read it can sign in as you. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account. One account per person, please.

Fair play

Don't use bots, scripts, exploits or modified versions of the app, and don't try to interfere with the game, other players or our systems. If you find a bug that gives an unfair advantage, please report it rather than use it. We may reset progress gained unfairly or suspend accounts that break these rules.

The browser demo

The Trophy Match demo on this website runs entirely in your browser. Its coin balance and badges are stored on your device only, are separate from any app account and can be lost when you clear your browser data.

Our content

The Play Trophy name, logo, artwork, text and software belong to us or our licensors. You may use them only to play the game and browse this website. Google Play and the Google Play logo are trademarks of Google LLC.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Play Trophy running smoothly, but we provide it as it is and can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for the loss of virtual items, which have no monetary value. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

Ending your use

You can stop playing and ask us to delete your account at any time through the contact page. We may suspend or end access for serious or repeated breaches of these terms. If we stop offering Play Trophy altogether, we'll give notice in the app first.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the game changes. When we do, we'll change the date above, and for significant changes we'll let you know in the app. Questions are welcome through the contact page.
